You've been told "it's okay to grieve". Only no one told you how to move through grief without feeling consumed by it.
There's a difference between healthy reflection (which allows you to process and move forward) and rumination (the repetitive, overwhelming cycle that traps you in pain).
Healthy reflection gives you distance and perspective. Rumination keeps you drowning.
That's why I teach what I call Good Grief—understanding the difference between healthy reflection and rumination, so you can be aware and move forward.
